We collect and use data solely for the purpose of app functionality, facilitating coaching services, and providing technical consultation and other professional services. This includes tracking activities, reflections, and progress within our platforms, as well as information you provide via our contact forms or during the course of a technical consultation engagement (such as project requirements, technical specifications, and system data).

Our services cover the STAYINGONTRACK coaching app, direct mindset coaching, technical consultation (IT projects, systems architecture, and development), and any other services provided by Staying On Track Consulting, LLC. We provide these services exclusively within the United States.

We use Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) to deliver video content. When you view videos, Cloudflare may collect technical data (IP address, browser info) to ensure performance and security. This data is handled according to Cloudflare’s privacy standards, which operate without cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

For technical consultation engagements, we may occasionally act as a sub-processor if we are required to access or manage data belonging to your own clients or users. In such cases, a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may be established to govern those specific activities.

2. No Selling of Data

We value your trust above all else. We will never sell your personal data or information to third parties. Your data is used only within the platform to provide the services you have requested or subscribed to.

We use cookies exclusively for essential functionality, such as maintaining login sessions and remembering preferences. We do not use any non-essential cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing cookies. Your activity is never tracked for advertising purposes.

5. Data Retention

We focus on active growth and efficient project delivery. We do not maintain a permanent archive of all your data.

STAYINGONTRACK App: Core user records and trend data are retained for 53 weeks. Daily logs and granular activity reflections are retained for 5 weeks, after which they are consolidated into the long-term trend data for the remainder of the 53-week period.

Technical Consultation: We retain project-related data only as long as necessary to fulfill the engagement or as required by professional standards, tax regulations, and legal obligations. We reserve the right to retain certain records for up to 7 years for audit and compliance purposes.

6. Security and Breach Notification

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, whether it pertains to personal coaching or technical consultation. However, you should not enter highly sensitive information such as passwords for other services or detailed personal health records into our systems or contact forms unless explicitly required and handled through secured, agreed-upon channels.

In the event of a data breach involving unauthorized access to your personal information, we will notify affected users via their provided email address as soon as possible, in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Data Access and Deletion Rights

Regardless of your location, you may request a full deletion or an export of your personal data by contacting us through our contact form.

For California Residents: This serves as your notice of California Privacy Rights (under CCPA/CPRA). Our practices are designed to meet these requirements. Please note that while we provide data export, our systems are highly custom; as such, data is not provided in a "plug-and-play" portable format.
